New Site Design =)

My site has gone through a lot of changes over the years. From starting using a jpeg for the site * I know it’s silly but I did that before hehe * , to using dreamweaver + fireworks , and finally using wordpress + fireworks.

The theme I have been using since I started using wordpress was Thematic , it’s a free theme framework created by Ian Stewart with lots of awesome features and it has been praised by the web community.

Adobe Fireworks CS5

Adobe just release its’ CS5 collection a few hours ago , I missed the live web launching due to a citywide blackout, sux!. Just like the previous CS versions , it comes in different flavors , Adobe CS5 Design Premium $1,899 , Adobe CS5 Web Premium $1,799 , Adobe CS5 Production Premium $1,699 and the most expensive one , Adobe CS5 Master Collection $2,599 , all of these suites also have an upgrade price for previous owners. You can pre order them , expected release would be around May , the trial is not available yet. The packaging looks awesome too, a mirror / reflection effect compared to the abstract effect last year.

Adobe Fireworks CS4 Moleskine Notebook + Adobe Fireworks CS4 Tshirt

I just got my package from Adobe from the fireworkszone wallpaper contest a few days ago and I was really excited to open it. At first I thought I was to get a fireworks cs4 book and a shirt but instead I got a fireworks moleskine notebook. Wohoo!

Finally , after weeks of waiting, the wallpaper contest winners have been announced. First, we must review the prizes to be won :

1st prize = $200.00 (payable through Paypal) + 1 copy of Web Premium CS4 + T-shirt. Additionally, Adobe we will invite the winner of the contest to work with the Adobe Developer Connection (Fireworks Developer Center) to write an article highlighting his/her inspiration and steps for creating the winning art. If the winner declines this opportunity, the invitation would be extended to the runners up.
