Feathering in Adobe Fireworks

Basically , feathering is changing the edge of fills , or the edge of your vector object to feather. By default the edge is set in Anti – Alias , but you can also change it to Hard or Feather. This is a very easy technique, but if done in the right way, could help  soften your images,  and add glows or highlights.

Creating A Night Scene in Adobe Fireworks 8

This was my first Adobe Fireworks tutorial for the Adobe Design Center two years ago. It teaches you to create starts, clouds and a shiny moon =) , too bad the Alien Skin Filters have been discountinued  on fireworks cs3 and cs4 , but I’ll do my best to make an updated version of this tutorial someday without using the Alien Skin filters.
