Hi Susan , how long have you been having this problem ? And what is the error code that is displayed ? In my part, i use the thematic wordpress theme, i went to the forums and posted the error code there, and even complained to aplus 3 times too. It took about 2 to 3 weeks before I could comment properly. The thematic forums and the aplus team said its a server upgrade for wordpress. It's best to back up before you do any code changes in your server.
